Here are some big NCAA College Football games coming up this Saturday, November 10th, 2012.
1) #15 Texas A&M Aggies vs. #1 Alabama Crimson Tide
The Alabama Crimson Tide are coming off a big win last week against their main SEC rivals the LSU Tigers. Alabama’s #2 running back T.J. Yeldon is coming off a big game last week and is looking to have another big performance this week against the Aggies. Alabama is still playing unbelievably great football this season and have yet to face a very, tough challenge. However, the Aggies might just be the team to give Alabama a really tough time. A&M QB Johnny Manziel (Mr. Football) is having a great season and is looking to give the highly ranked Alabama defense a run for its money. If Texas A&M wants to achieve any success against the Crimson Tide, their Offence has to come up big. Look for Alabama’s defense to try and take control of this game and dictate the tempo.
Game Details: Kickoff at 3:30pm at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama
2) Baylor Bears vs. #14 Oklahoma Sooners
The Oklahoma Sooners are finally starting to play up to their potential this season and slowly beginning to silence the critics. Sooners QB Landry Jones and WR Kenny Stills are having great seasons so far and putting up big numbers and in order for them to do very well against the Bears their offence is going to have to put up some very big numbers because the Baylor Bears have the nation’s #1 ranked passing offense. Baylor QB Nick Florence and WR Terrence Williams are having great seasons and are the focal points of the high-powered Baylor offense. If Baylor wants to win this game, they need to put up a lot of points and control the tempo of this game. Look for this game to be fairly high scoring with a lot of passing yards by both teams.
Game Details: Kickoff at 3:30pm at Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium in Norma, Oklahoma
3) #22 Mississippi State Bulldogs vs. #9 LSU Tigers
The LSU Tigers are coming off a very tough loss at home last weekend at the hands of the Alabama Crimson Tide. This week they take on their SEC West rivals, the Bulldogs of Mississippi State, whom share the same record at 7-2. The LSU defense has been playing well all year and is looking to continue their success this week against the bulldogs. The Bulldogs have played some solid hard nose football this year but have not faced a team as good as the LSU Tigers. If the Bulldogs want any success this weekend they need to come at LSU with everything they have. Look for the LSU defense to dictate the tempo of this game and give the Bulldogs a tough time.
Game Details: Kickoff at 7:00pm at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, Louisiana
4) #3 Kansas State Wildcats vs. TCU Horned Frogs
Kansas State is no joke; they are 9-0 and have beaten some great opponents so far this season. TCU has been playing some fairly good football as well. Wildcats QB Collin Klein is having an outstanding season, he is putting up incredible numbers while guiding the Wildcats to victory. TCU needs to come up big in every aspect of the game if they want to achieve any success against Kansas State this weekend; they need QB Trevone Boykin and WR Josh Boyce to put up some big numbers. Look for the Wildcats offense to come out flying against the Horned Frogs this Saturday.
Game Details: Kickoff at 7:00om at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas
5) #2 Oregon Ducks vs. Cal Golden Bears
The Oregon Ducks are simply the most fast-paced, high flying team in the nation and are coming off a big win in a thrilling game last weekend against the USC Trojans. The Oregon offense is way too much for any team to handle, especially with their incredible run game. Oregon RB Kenjon Barner is looking to continue his quest for the Heisman trophy with a big game this weekend against Cal. If Cal wants to keep up with the Ducks in this game their QB Zach Maynard and RB C.J. Anderson have to play their best and try their hardest to control the tempo of the game. The Cal Defense also needs to come up big and try to limit the high-powered Oregon offense. Look for the Oregon Ducks to put up some big numbers this weekend against Cal.
Game Details: Kickoff at 10:30pm at California Memorial Stadium in Berkeley, California
