Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal was none too happy with a call while his team were leading 3-2 during the second half of his team’s match vs. Arsenal on Sunday, and to prove his point to the fourth referee in the technical area, the Dutch coach did a flop for the ages.
Holy cow! Van Gaal is one heck of character, as we have found out during his time at Manchester United. In Manchester United’s match versus Arsenal today, Van Gaal flopped in front of the fourth official to protest a free kick call that was given to the North London side. As Van Gaal went down, the crowd erupted with laughter, but Arsene Wenger was not very impressed with the Dutchman.
Manchester United went on to win the match by a score of 3-2, leaving Arsenal five points behind leaders Leicester City.
